CREDITS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Flowers are a perishable item. All requests for credits, refunds, and exchanges must be reported within 24 hours of product failure.
If a product fails, please forward the following to firstname.lastname@example.org
Required: 3 pictures of the failed product
(1) a picture of the failed product with the package
(2) a picture of the entire bunch
(3) a close up picture of the failed product
(4) In some cases farms require failed product to be returned to them. Please do not dispose of product until credit has been confirmed.
You will have the choice of a refund or replacement (equal value) of the failed product with verification from Point West Flower Market (PWFM).
PWFM is not responsible for product that has not been processed in a timely manner or properly maintained after delivery/pickup.
It is not the responsibility of PWFM to verify that correct items have been pre-ordered. Refunds and returns will not be authorized if the incorrect products or color variations/hues were ordered.
THE ABOVE POLICY IS WAIVED ON THE FOLLOWING PRODUCT AND HAS NO RECOURSE. THESE FLOWER VARIETIES ARE SENSITVE TO HEAT, WIND, TOUCH AND IN GENERAL COULD HAVE A SHORTER LIFE-SPAN (PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK):
Anemone, astilbe, dahlia, garden rose, hydrangea, lilac, orchids (mokara/vanda), peony, all poppies, stephanotis, stock, sweet pea, tuberose, hellebores.
To secure pre-orders and pre-order pricing, orders must be placed at least 10 days in advance. Only items that are pre-ordered will receive pre-order pricing. Any other items added during pick-up will get standard pricing. Credit card information will be required when placing an order to ensure your pre-order pricing and will be charged in full the day of pick-up. Cancellations and substitutions are not allowed once the order has been placed. Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.
